Golfing In Mayo
Castlebar Golf Club is situated in Co. Mayo near the west coast of Ireland. It was founded in 1910, making it one of the oldest golf courses in the west of Ireland. A redevelopment programme was undertaken in 1999/2000 and the course has since never looked. Mayo has some other superb golf courses, ranging from 9 hole par 3 courses, to full 18 hole championship golf courses and golf links.
